Terms of Service
Last updated: August 14, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of WeMinister. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
1. The service
WeMinister provides ministry scheduling, volunteer records, reminders, communications, and related organization-management tools. We may improve or modify features while working to preserve the core service.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, protect administrator and volunteer credentials, and promptly remove access that is no longer authorized. Each organization is responsible for the information entered by its administrators and volunteers.
3. Organization and volunteer information
Your organization controls the ministry and volunteer information it enters. You represent that your organization has permission to collect, use, schedule, and communicate with the people whose information it adds to WeMinister.
4. Free trial and subscriptions
The introductory trial provides seven days of full access without requiring payment. Continued access may require a monthly or annual subscription. Current prices and renewal terms appear before purchase and are further described in our Billing and Cancellation Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious material, violate another person’s rights, or use WeMinister for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.
6. Communications
Administrators may enable email and browser notifications. Delivery can depend on recipient information, browser permission, internet access, and third-party services. Organizations remain responsible for confirming critical schedule changes through appropriate means.
7. Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, internet conditions, and third-party providers may occasionally affect availability.
8. Ownership
WeMinister and its design, software, branding, and documentation belong to its operator and licensors. Your organization retains its rights in the information it enters into the service.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. WeMinister is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, missed assignments, or communication failures. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the subscription fees paid by the affected organization during the previous twelve months.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service or cancel renewal. We may suspend access for nonpayment, material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or a security threat. Organization information may remain retained for a reasonable period to support account recovery, legal obligations, and authorized export or deletion requests.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern through support.
12. Contact
