Billing and Cancellation Terms

Seven-day free trial

New organizations receive seven days of full access. No payment is required to begin the trial. Information remains saved after the trial so the organization may subscribe later without starting over.

Subscription plans

WeMinister offers a monthly plan at $59 per month and an annual plan at $590 per year unless a different price is clearly shown or assigned to the organization before purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically using the payment method authorized through Helcim until renewal is canceled. Monthly plans renew approximately each month and annual plans approximately each year.

Cancellation

An administrator may stop automatic renewal from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and the organization may continue using WeMinister through that date.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated for unused time after cancellation, except where required by law or when WeMinister confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment, notify the organization, or pause access. The organization’s saved information will not be immediately erased solely because a payment fails.

Payment descriptor

WeMinister is operated through The Chandelier Community Event Center. Charges or payment communications may display The Chandelier Community Event Center rather than WeMinister.
